This data will help us to strengthen student recruitment efforts, access, and success strategies to address and eliminate barriers within our processes.

Privacy & confidentiality:

The raw demographic information data collected will be treated as strictly confidential by University officials. The production of the aggregate results from the raw data is the responsibility of The Physics Department’s Outreach Coordinator and/or Physics Computing Services and this aggregate data will only be used in the reporting to the Outreach Coordinator (Miss Sheela Manek).

The demographic data will only be shared on a strict need-to-know basis.

To protect your information, all University staff receiving information follow University policies and guidelines, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and other legal requirements. All data collected will be encrypted in transit and stored with appropriate access controls.
